I had very prompt service. This pump is beautifully made, and runs silently with minimal vibration. It has snap electrical connections and avoids use of those troublesome twist connectors. This pump is strongly recommended and is at the front of the pack. There is no doubt about that.
Haven't used yet, waiting for plumber to do the job but looks like a quality product.
