* The UPS does not replace the 4 backup batteries of the Sedna valve. Backup batteries are necessary if you want the valve to close (according to the function selected in Neviweb or Sinopé Smart Systems) during a prolonged power outage of more than 24 hours.
** The UPS cannot be used in conjunction with batteries as backup power for the Zigbee valve if it acts as a secondary valve to the Wi-Fi valve. (Does not apply to devices with firmware 0.1.3 or newer.)
Excellent seller. Products arrived really fast, package was cushioned, products as described with very good price and on top of all I was able to buy from a company in my province. Congratulations for the amazing service. I gave your information to a friend and I hope next time I need someting, to find it at your company.
Easy to install and seams really solid. Looks easy to change the element if it ever fails in the future or change it to a different size if I missed on my calculations. Has been running my workshop heat for a week now and seems to be really efficient.
