SHIPPING POLICY

1. General Information

Orders placed on our online store are generally shipped within 2 business days.

If for any reason your order cannot be shipped within this time frame, we will contact you to inform you and offer you the choice of waiting or canceling your order and obtaining a refund

2. Delivery Locations
Items offered on our website can be shipped to Canada, USA and most countries.

However, some products are not eligible for shipping outside of Canada

3. Delivery time
An approximate delivery time will be provided when you place your order. Delivery times are estimated only and are calculated from the date of shipment and not from the date of order. They should be used as a guide only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to have your product delivered within 7 business days of your order date. Business days means Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Delivery dates may vary depending on the shipping practices of the courier company, the delivery location, the delivery method and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Shipping costs

Order under 250$ CAD in Canada ($500 USD in USA)

The shipping costs will depend on the weight of your order and the shipping method. To find out how much the shipping of your order will cost, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. This is where the shipping charges will be displayed.

The order is eligible for free shipping (certain large and heavy products are excluded - see exception list below)

Exceptions:

  • Electric Boilers
  • Nat Gas and LP Boilers
  • Glycol
  • HGTV Expansion tanks

Note: In order to reduce the delivery costs which are calculated on all the products in the order, we therefore suggest that you order the items included in the exception list separately.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Note for US and Internationnal buyers:

The customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees which may apply upon delivery.

If the packaging is damaged in any way when the product arrives, please contact us immediately by phone or email us
